She is survived : by her children Kristin Smith and Roberta Tyler Smith of Dubuque and David Medina, Beth, of Saint Johns FL, and Carrie Turner, of Christiansburg VA; by her grandchildren Harlan Smith and Hunter Smith, both of Dubuque and her children James Bohnke and Emily Turner, of Christiansburg VA and Nicholas Medina, Christopher Medina, and Nicholas Medina, of Saint Johns FL, and her brother James McLean, Kathleen.
