Darlene Katherine Swanson died on the 7th of March 2023, surrounded by family. Darlene Brown was born on June 8th, 1932 in Eureka California to Ed Brown and Mary Brown. She graduated in 1950 from Tamalpais High School. Darlene worked at Metropolitan Life in San Francisco. She was the beloved spouse of Kenneth Swanson, for 46 years. She was a loving mom to Bill and Brad. And she loved being a grandmother to William and Ryan. Darlene was devoted to the group of friends she made in elementary school and Tam High. They were diligent in maintaining their connections for more than 50 years. She enjoyed social gatherings and garage sales, as well as crossword puzzles. Darlene will be deeply missed by her family, and by all who were fortunate enough to have crossed her path.
