She was predeceased by : her parents, William Blair and Betty Blair (Wilde); her brother Wayne Blair; and her brother-in-law Ross Huber. She is survived by : her husband Donald K. Perkins; her children, Don Perkins (Ashley), Dana Perkins (Jeff Garcia), Danielle Perkins (Scott Morris) and David Perkins (Karen); her grandchildren, Madelyn, Savannah, Andrew, Anthony, Jeffrey, Gunnar, Evelyn and Elliana; her siblings, Bill Blair (Mary Beth) and Bonnie Huber; and her sister-in-law Shelley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 24th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Penzien Steele Funeral Home.
